Guest guest
I have been stalked during the last month by an ex-spouse who was very violent to me and threatened to kill me, etc. He was found guilty of assault on myself and younger daughter. He broke a restraining order numerous times by stalking me and abusing me. I am re-married we moved and for a while appeared free from being stalked. The law does not help and the court system will only believe if there is proof. This man is a master-mind criminal. I found out last week that he wants custody of the younger child who he abused physically and sexually. This would mean a trial. He is contacting people from my past causing considerable heartache and problems to say the least. Is there anything in Kundalini Yoga one can do for protection and to stop his energies that are directed towards hunting me down and never leaving me alone? I have done all other safety precautions. Guest guest
Dear Sangeet, > Is there anything in Kundalini Yoga one can do for protection and to stop his energies that are directed towards hunting me down and never leaving me alone? Chant Alak Baba Siri Chand Dirak one time a day as forcefully as you can. This will give the negative vibration back to the person who is sending it out. Baba Siri Chand was a master yogi who dedicated his life to ending the abuses of power perpetrated by yogis. Doing this turns this situation over to him to take care of. He will take care of it! This is not a mantra to play with. It is to be used only when one really needs it. You need it. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur

Guest guest
Sat Nam, Ideally this mantra is chanted 3 times after tuning in. It can be chanted continually for protection. It is part of the triple mantra which is a good CD to have on all the time in these situations. It is available on www.yogatech.com. > Here is a mantra for protection: > Aad Guray Nameh > Jugaad Guray Nameh > Sat Guray Nameh > Siri Guru Dayvay Nameh Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
