Sat Nam,

I have been experiencing nausea and slight dizziness

when doing prosperity mantras. Is there an

explanation for this? What is your recommendation?

Sat Nam,

It is my experience that there is a lot of "nauseating emotions" stuck in the

body around the issue of prosperity - especially the navel and solar

plexus. By feeling and witnessing what is going on, and remembering to use the

navel point when you are chanting the mantra, and then relaxing

afterwards - the issues are usually understood and then released. So, although

painful, getting in touch with this kind of stuff is a sign of

progress.

Sincerely, Seva Simran Singh
