Guest guest Posted July 16, 2001 Report Share Posted July 16, 2001 sat nam to all-- this morning, i was finally disciplined to wake up earlier and do the solar energy set from TTHCW. I did it, but unfortunately didn't allow myself enough time to do it, and had to cut most of the exercises from 2-3 minutes to 1-2. Right afterwards, I felt great, very expanzive and energetic. But later, around 11:30, I became just tuckered out, and slept like a baby for about 3 1/2 hours! I wasn't really expecting that to happen, and am wondering why: did i possibly overload myself? (I had coffee and a bowl of cereal before--my own fault, I know i shouldn't eat before yoga, but I didn't realize how much time I had before school, and I can't face anything without coffee.) Or did I just need a lot of sleep today? I'd welcome ideas for other sets to do in the morning that are energizing and good a.m. sets. tomorrow i am thinking of doing nabhi kriya.
