Guest guest
Thank you to everyone who has helped me try to understand my "beginner tremors." I think today provides the main clue to what I may have done. Today I am a bit sore in the midsecton beneath the ribs and above the hips, more toward the front of the body. All else is fine and as usual. There were a lot of vigorous twistings and turnings of the torso in the video. I did them all at full force and then some. Being in shape allowed me to really go for it. But, my daily routine doesn't have such twistings in it. So, I think I have pulled or bruised or stretched a bit much. That may answer why I was never out of breath and my heart rate was fine even while my body was trembling. So, I think all of the answers my friends on the list have provided are true. I guess in my quest to touch base with deeper senses I forgot one...common sense! Perhaps my yogic name will be The Human Tornado! Well, Toto we aren't in Kansas anymore...and Oz is out there for us. I would like to add my beginner voice to the chant for Yogi Bhajan. The time is 9:00 pm. Is that Eastern, Central or Pacific time tonight? With sincere appreciation, Heidi
Guest guest
Dear Heidi, I would like to add my beginner voice to the chant for Yogi Bhajan. The time is 9:00 pm. Is that Eastern, Central or Pacific time tonight? I should have been clearer in my post yesterday. At least several of us did the healing meditation last night (July 16th) at 9 pm (pst). I hope you joined us. I also want to support you in continuing with KY even though your start has been a little "rocky". It's great that you aren't going to give up, and I know you will gain immensely for your effort. Namaste, Bob "Blinded by Delight"....Jim Snyder Heidi B.
