Greetings Susan and All,

The four-part breathing is simplicity itself: Inhale in 4 equal

segments and exhale in 4 equal segments (in-in-in-in-out-out-out-out).

It does relieve stress and helps one to feel balanced.

Sat Nam Lynn,

 

Yes, that is simple. I knew of the 3 part breath which, surprisingly, is not

the same only with 3. (It is one inhale with only the exhale broken down into

three equal parts.) Thanks so much for this information. Always happy to

learn new breathing techniques!
