Guest guest Posted July 19, 2001 Report Share Posted July 19, 2001 Sat Nam, Drib Dristi is also on page 95 in Relax and Renew. I love this meditation. When I want to do a silent meditation and need to focus my energy I choose this one. I used to do it on the bus in Boston. I was so focused the activities around me didn't bother me.
