Guest guest Posted July 18, 2001 Report Share Posted July 18, 2001 Sat Nam, Two years ago I had a Spontaneous Kundalini Awakening and my Solar Plexus was literally blown open. Then last year I spent a few months in a cardiac specialist office, as the heart chakra was opening and I thought I was having heart attacks. My 6th chakra opened at that time, as I awoke one morning with the entire room violet, and still the violet come and goes with meditation. But, Monday I was doing a lot of breathing exercises as I was waiting for hours at a location, and really not paying alot of attention to what I was doing. Tuesday, I noticed my throat felt strange. Not exactly sore, just strange. I awoke in the middle of the night last night feeling as though a balloon was being blown up down deep in my throat, beneath what I think is referred to as the clavicles. Then today, all day it has felt this way. There is no SORE throat, like scratchy or raw, just a feeling more like there is a blockage. Has anyone had these symptons in regard to their 5th chakra.
