I have joined a workshop to awaken my Kundalini recently. A friend of mine told me that this list is one of the list where I can find an alternative technique for my Kundalini practice. Currently I can feel a warm flow along my backbone. Can somebody verify my Kundalini status? Thanks for accepting me here as a member.
