Guest guest Posted July 18, 2001 Report Share Posted July 18, 2001 Sat Nam I have been practicing KY for about 6 months now..And recently I have added KY meditation to my routine. I practice long sat nams before I go to bed. Alternately I also practice "meditation to become young and powerful" (this was posted on yoga-tech web site). The "meditation to become young and powerful" mentions that a side effect would be to make one sleepy..Long Sat Nams mention that if practiced before bed time, it will make you sleep very sound and well.. In my case I have notice that no matter how sleepy or tired I am, as soon as I complete either of these meditations I am full of energy and ready for another 8 hours of activity..It actually takes me quite a while to get to sleep after meditation..
