Guest guest
GOrdon, thanks so much for the links and the book ref's! Gururattan Kaur I followed your technique and it is truely working. As I visualize/concentrate on the flow of my kundalini through my chakras I do breath retention as well...inhale, hold and imagine the energy coming down from my third eye chakra after chakra (visualize also the color of each and all in 3D) until i reach my root, then exhale as it comes all the way back up to my Ajna again. It feels so good spreading all this energy down, what a release from my head!...I think I need to start doing physical excersises (i.e. root lock, etc) to help the flow, what do you think? thank you Maria --
Guest guest
Dear Maria, I think I need to start doing physical > excersises (i.e. root lock, etc) to help the flow, what do > you think? YES! And add to it feeling what is going on and reduce the creation, visualization and mental activity. Use your mind to observe what is happening. This is really fun! Guest guest
Basically I need to raise Apana and unite it with Prana... I feel the need for that. Ok Gururattan K, but when I stop visualizing the energy still gets stuck in my ajna (i think), u want me to let go mentally and just wait and observe what happens? So what you are saying is that Apana will eventually (BY ITSELF) unite with Prana right??? This is really cool! *S* i love not being depressed anymore, i've been through alot of mental/emotional instability and now i'm really experiencing the True Reality. Also, my life has been this philosophical search since i was little and to be here at this point in my life is having found the treasure box of Infinity. And to have dreamed that Love would be the answer as an idealist!...my idealism came to be the true reality of the Self and I'm proving wrong all those people that think there's nothing beyond darkness. As I searched for the Source I started from thought to emotion, and from emotion to silence, I cherish this long trip that I made, in my darkness (depression) "the eye begins to see" (Theodore Roethke)... Just thought I'd share, peace to all, maria.

This is the time to embrace the Godself, unconditionally, totally surrendering to the Highest Quality of the Human Psyche, the Intuitive Self...where divine poetry seeps through, melodies are rehearsed and captivating art is performed...creating the Raas or the Lila...playing gracefully with God... Guest guest
Dear Maria, > Basically I need to raise Apana and unite it with Prana... > I feel the need for that. Ok Gururattan K, but when I stop visualizing the energy still gets stuck in my ajna (i > think), If you are using the breath and visualizsation to move the energy, which is fine. Definitely better than being stuck! But YOU are moving it. This is one piece. The masculine action. u want me to let go mentally and just wait and > observe what happens? Yes. This is the other piece. The feminine surrender. So what you are saying is that Apana > will eventually (BY ITSELF) unite with Prana right??? Yes. But this does not exclude your participating in the process to get things started and moving. We open the channels and get things going with all the KY techniques. But the kundalinli rises by itself. > This is really cool! *S* i love not being depressed > anymore, i've been through alot of mental/emotional > instability and now i'm really experiencing the True > Reality. It is fabulous news. Also, my life has been this philosophical search > since i was little and to be here at this point in my life > is having found the treasure box of Infinity. And to have > dreamed that Love would be the answer as an idealist!...my idealism came to be the true reality of the Self This is all very wonderful. and I'm proving wrong all those people that think there's nothing beyond darkness. They too will find out sooner or later. Just bless them that they can find the Light too. As I searched for the Source I started > from thought to emotion, and from emotion to silence This is a great realization of how the process goes. And you have just begun. In suggesting that you get go and allow yourself to experience the energy and let it do whatever it does is moving from thought and control to infinity. In the practice of KY, the exercises, breathing and locks are the action half. The relaxation in between in the letting go and being present to what is part. , I cherish this long trip that I made, in my darkness > (depression) "the eye begins to see" (Theodore Roethke)... Just thought I'd share, I am glad you did. I am impressed with your sensitivity, persistance and devotion. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
