Guest guest
Sat Nam, I would to have seen the answer to the question in relation to how astrological charts influence kundalini yoga. However the answer must have been private because I did not find it. I'd like a list of the links myself. I am a double scorpio with saturn in the first house, and I'm now 44 years old. Saturn creates a real low self-esteem problem resulting in depression. Being an artist these can be long periods. I don't believe in medication as they only put patients to sleep...how is that suppose to help the problem if you are always asleep. You certainly can't make progress in life that way, and this leads to more depression. I am experiencing some returns of the outer planets in my transiting chart that have been causing real havoc the past few years. I'm also interested in astrological cartography. Most astrologers say moving 2, 000 miles doesn't effect your chart. I find this hard to believe since the progressions and transits are based on the birth chart which revolves around where one is born. Right now I am doing the mantra for wealth and prosperity (the pinky and index fingers hitting while chanting har) and the chant for mircales which has har, har, har, har before each syllable (gobinday, etc), and I found a simple meditation for depression which I had to modify due to an old whiplash injury. Things are getting WORSE not better. So I was wondering if this is a cleraing out effect because of the junk that accumulated in my life? Or is this just the forces that be or perhaps my own subconscious trying to get me to give up on what I'm doing? I'm also thinking wouldn't it be wonderful if these mantras and meditations had specific names so that the list moderators knew what I was talking about!! Truthfully, my husband is doing the same prosperity mantras, and more. He's doing 6 hours of meditations and mantras a day. Even our teen son is doing mantras. It's just very difficult knowing that things are getting worse not better financially. And I've read where you say prosperity isn't just money, but my looks and a smile just won't pay the rent. It's not that I've lost faith, I haven't, I know it will all turn out ok and we won't lose our home. It's just very difficult to get through all of this with things getting worse, and depression being a daily friend for the past few weeks. I'm used to being depressed, yet it does make it difficult to connect with the inner self and my intuition to go where I need to be. Guest guest
Sat Nam, I couldn't help but feel empathy for your situation. I have scorpio rising with saturn in the second house and I have been depressed all of my life around issues of money. I have been working on it for a long time and it is only now beginning to lift. My experience, with various systems designed to revamp one's psyche and with prosperity meditations, is that they only work if you are using them to engage your consciousness. That is, get at the emotions, beliefs and early state bound memories that are not congruent with what you want in life. Meditations can release that if you intend it, but you have to be the witness and the commander of your psyche as it responds. The other thing is to connect with your higher self, ask yourself what you really want (as opposed to what you think you want or need), and then ask the universe to give you that. Then stop wanting and respond to the feedback. It may be drawing your attention to something in your psyche that needs to be looked at and let go of or it may be pointing you in a particular direction. I hope this helps. And with all my heart, blessings......... Guest guest
Dear Hansmukh Kaur, Re things getting worse -- you have to be grounded in your body, have strong navel point and take action for yourself. Check these aspects of your life out. Also check out my most recent NMB ezine on Turning on Your Heart Light. This could help too. That is great you have a meditative family! Many blessings, Gururattan Kaur
