I live nearby, between Greenwood Lake and Monroe. I was wondering where you practice Kundalini yoga nearby. I have been picking some things up through the web site and reading but haven't found a class. I do go to a hatha yoga class in Monroe but would be interested in a Kundalini class if there are any around here.
