Guest guest
Priya, Excellent question, do you have a few lifetimes to learn;-) Tai Chi is one of the Internal Chinese Martial Arts, as opposed to external arts such as karate. It's goal is not only cultivation of Chi (vital essence) but to also learn to radiate this Chi outside of the body for martial-application. It is best to study under an instructor, but there are many videos that can give you a good introduction. You study Tai Chi by learning a "form" or pre-arranged set of movements; then through years of repeating these movements, they become internalized in your muscle-memory and you should be able to apply them without conscious thought. Run a web-search on Tai Chi, you should get a wealth of information. Many blessings to you;-) Mal Wagner Kundaliniyoga, Priya Babu <sripriyasivanathbabu> wrote: > Dear all, > Can anybody tell me what Tai Chi is and how to do it? > Thanks, > Priya. > > > > Make international calls for as low as $.04/minute with Messenger > http://phonecard./
