Today, i took a day off from KY and participated in a Bikram yoga class (i've never sweat so much in my life, it was very detoxifying). It wad intense and uplifting. However, ever since this morning i have had a bad headache around my third eye area. It feels like energy is trying to push out through it. Heh, the good news is that it is very easy to concentrate on my third eye chakra. I was just wondering if anyone has had a familiar situation, and if someone might be able to explain to me what is happening. Thanks for your time.
