Guest guest
Hi Kristin, 'Sounds fun. I did simple yoga poses throughout all of my 4 pregnancies and postnatally. (I got absolutely addicted to the triange as it really eased the kinks out of my lower back and opened up my pelvis--pretty crowded prenatal areas...don't leave this one out!) When my kids were young, we used to do this video together called "E-I-E-I-Yoga" by Max Thomas. It's pretty goofy, but I must admit it kept my young kids entertained. Maybe it would give you some ideas.
