Guest guest
I have just had a sudden relapse very acute of a long standing but basically symptom free ulcerative colitis. Is there something that could be of help in Kundalini yoga? The symptoms are much pain in the abdominal area and bleeding from the bowels. Guest guest
Sageet, I don't know any specific asanas for this, however, I can give you some dietary tips that will help. -aloe vera juice is very healing for the intestinal tract, as well as carrot, cabbage and green juices, but you should dilute them half and half with pure water. drink half a cup of aloe vera in the morning and at night. -during an acute phase, try to eliminate ALL solid foods. Take in fresh juices (as in juiced yourself) as well as soymilks or rice milks.Mashed potatoes are good, as ar blended soups -add bananas to soy milks and blend to make a smoothie -try to increase your vitamin A, C, K, and zinc hope things improve for you soon! Kelly -avoid dairy products ///(*_*)\\\ >"Roger and Laura" <rljanes >Kundaliniyoga ><Kundaliniyoga> > sudden illness >Sat, 4 Aug 2001 19:05:05 -0300 > >I have just had a sudden relapse very acute of a long standing but >basically symptom free ulcerative colitis. >Is there something that could be of help in Kundalini yoga? >The symptoms are much pain in the abdominal area and bleeding from the >bowels. >Sat Nam, >Sangeet Kaur > > > > _______________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
