Guest guest
- Lar Beyer Saturday, August 04, 2001 11:30 AM Kundaliniyoga Naam Simran Sat Nam Gururattan, I'm really interested in doing Naam Simran as much as possible through out the day. Can Naam Simran be done using either the Gurmantra Waheguru, or Sat Nam? Or is one preferable over the other? Any information on this would be deeply appreciated. Guest guest
Dear Larry, > I'm really interested in doing Naam Simran FYI continuous chanting of the holy nam. as much as possible through out the day. Can Naam Simran be done using either the Gurmantra Waheguru, or Sat Nam? Or is one preferable over the other? Either one is fine. Although it is initally recommended to inhale Sat and exhale Nam (mentally vibrating the sound in your head) Then you are obliged to be conscious of your breath. Over time you will begin to hear Whahe Guru vibrate automatically. That is what happened to me. One option is to use Sat Nam for active meditation and listen for Whahe Guru. It also dependes on circumstances. Whahe Guru very fast with breath of fire is good in the cold shower. Experiment with what works best for you.
