Guest guest
Leaf, Welcome, I am a Wiccan (though I rarely use that tern much anymore), but I am a Goddess and Nature-worshiping Pagan. This winter I went through an intense spiritual search because I thought that I should choose one religion and devote myself to it solely to really have depth in my spiritual life. What I came to understand about myself is that although it makes things messier and is sometimes confusing, for me there is not one way. I also discovered that the only spiritual path I could truly and fully commit myself to was Goddess & Nature Worship. As opposed to the Christian religion of my childhood an acceptance of a blending of traditions and path ways is a radical departure. But for Pagans and nature worshipers world wide it is the norm to incorporate variety into spiritual practice. Kundalini Yoga is an essential part of my life and my spiritual practice. Guest guest
Merry-Meet Peggy Sue! Always glad to know there are kindred spirits out there. If forced to label my spirituality, I usually say I'm an "Earth-based Pagan with Buddhist Tendencies." That pretty much sums it up...well, if you COULD sum it up that is... I too was raised in the Christian faith but have explored so many things since then (Wicca being one of them). I still love to celebrate the seasons and solstices and I feel a deep connection to the Earth. I also feel very at home with much Taoist and Buddhist philosophies. I've been practicing Hatha Yoga for several years now and just recently have begun to explore the more mystical/spiritual side of yoga, thus my interest in kundalini and my presence on this list. I just find it interesting (and maybe a bit comforting) to know there are others on a similar path.
