Guest guest
Where there is Karma, there is no Dharma Where there is Dharma , there is no Karma Karma is the compelling force that regulates your actions, shapes your self-image, distorts your perceptions, impacts your health, structures your beliefs and personal biases, and creates mental and emotional barriers. It is built into each individual’s biology and psychology. Karma is the only problem you face, although it may take on many different forms. When the mind returns to where your body is, when your mind does what your body is doing, when your mind unconditionally embraces what your body is feeling, when your thoughts, feelings and actions are moving as one, you merge into the integrative experience of now.
