Guest guest
Hello, This list is very active! Okay, I have to say that I love those lessons, well, what I read of them so far. I'm only on the fifth one! Or maybe the sixth, I can't remember! How do I catch up! When is the next esson coming out? How often are they sent out? One more question. Maybe two. how do you direct the breath to a certain chakra? For example, the breath of fire. Second, so there was two, how do you do that four part breath? I read about it, but couldn't understand it fully. Okay, I think that is all! Blessed be Leaf
Guest guest
Hi Leaf, > how do > you direct the breath to a certain chakra? For example, the breath of fire. You can visualize the breath going to that chakra, like a cooling or energizing light wave. > Second, so there was two, how do you do that four part breath? I read about > it, but couldn't understand it fully. I don't know if you saw this link on the yogatech.com website: kysets/44breath.html Anyway 4 part breath is actually really simple. You fill in the lungs in four parts: on the first inbreath fill in just 1/4 of your lungs, then keep the breath in and inhale a bit more - now you should have 1/2 of your lungs filled with air, then inhale a bit more and keep the air in, and on the last inbreath fill in your lungs completely. You exhale in reverse order. Some people may think that if you inhale in four parts then you need to empty the lungs between the inhales, but that it is not the case. It just one long inhale broken into four short segments. Sat Nam, Satsang Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Leaf, I'm only on the fifth one! Or maybe the > sixth, I can't remember! How do I catch up! You don't have to catch up. Just keep going. When is the next esson coming > out? I send one out about once a month. They are not necessarily sequential. You can go to the topic you like after you have done the first few lessons. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
