Naam Simran

Sat Nam Gururattan,

 

I'm really interested in doing Naam Simran as much as possible through out the

day. Can Naam Simran be done using either the Gurmantra Waheguru, or Sat Nam?

Or is one preferable over the other? Any information on this would be deeply

appreciated.

SAt Nam LIst,

 

Gururattan very thoroughly answered this for me last weekend. This post got

lost in the labrynth of delayed mail. It was originally sent Saturday morning

and got lost so I forwarded a copy of it. Thank you once again for your help

with this Gururattan.
