The current sequence of Kundalini techniques I use are: 1-Breathing excersises. 2-Mantras 3-Asanas 4-Disembodiment 5-Grounding My question is when to use the locks.... after the asanas? Kind regards, nona
Guest guest
Sat nam Nona, Are you practicing KY now? Before commencing a sadhana, we open with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo. The Bhandas are apart of the asanas. Neck Lock is used alot. MulBhanda (Root Lock) is generally used after a asana and before going onto the next one. What do you mean by disembodiment?
