Dear Lisa,

About six months before hearing of Kundalini yoga I had a very vivid dream of

meeting several people from India with a turban wrapped around their heads. I

did not know what that signified.

In the fream after learning from them I turned around and saw my future

completely changed and I was free from all that ailed me.

If I did not have that dream I might not of recognized the importance of what

was to happen.

Greetings, Ron,

The significance of the turban is that members of the Sikh faith, for

whom Kundalini Yoga is

a part of their daily routine, typically wear turbans. You can find out

more at

www.sikhnet.com if you are interested.

Lynn

hi ron, your hair is pure protein even though you cut it, your body will

always have the need to replace it, you have a very sensitive place on the

back of your head, in your case, being a man and all, it is the sun, so you

rap your hair on the top of your head and use the turban to protect is...

hope this helps...
