Breathings whilst doing Simran of Mool Mantar

The breathing really depends on the speed you are reciting. To my knowledge

there is no specified breathing for the Mool Mantra, however if you are

reciting from the Sundaar Gutkaa you should definitely breathe at the end of

each line. This keeps the rhythm flowing. Aside from that you can breathe

when you need to.

The Sundaar Gutkaa is the Sikh prayer book. The Mool Mantra is found at the

beginning of the JapJi Sahib. There is an edition with the original Gurmukhi

script, as well as transliteration and English translation. For those of you
