Guest guest
I was taught an asana where you raise your left arm straight up and your right arm forward at a 60degree angle and do breath of fire for a length of time (9 minutes?). You finish by lacing your hands over your solar plexus and chanting hummee hum bhrum hum for 2 minutes. Can you tell me what the effects of this might be and the meaning of Humme Hum Bhrum Hum? Thanks, Mary Anne
