Sat Kriya

I have been doing an 11-minute daily practice of Sat Kriya for about 2 months

now. however, I am developing knee problems. It doesn't bother me a great deal

during the posture, but I've found a weakening of the knee to the point where it

almost gives out on me when going from sitting to standing. Does anyone have

any tips on posture adjustment, or on knee strengthening exercises?

Sat Nam,

Perhaps sitting on a pillow between the legs would help.

Sat Kriya can also be done in lotus pose or even easy pose, or in extended rock

pose with your arms straight up in the air.
