Hi Samantha,

I notice you said you use the neck lock a lot-I

thought

that this was only supposed to be used in meditation.

What positions do you use it in?

thanks

Steven

Hi Steven,

I use it for Ego Busters, spinal flex, sat kriya, almost all asanasa where

the arms are held up. With the chest lifted, the navel point slightly held,

breathing from the lower ribs (letting them expand) and slight neck lock

applied, the arms almost raise themselves.

If Guru Prim's Postures class ever comes to you area, I would suggest taking

the class. It is wonderful and can help temendously with your postures.

Hope this is of help.

Sat nam,

Samantha
