Feeling during gong meditation

Recently I completed quite a long kyria. I then did the gong meditation.

Suddenly I felt a great pressing pressure in the area of my solar plexus,

suddenly, it felt like a mini explosion, delightful actually and it felt

like a shower of....something...like light spread up through my upper chest.

The thing is...it only was in the right side of my body. I am trying not to

get caught up in defining what is happening. But I am concerned that it

seemed blocked on my left side.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Keep doing the gong meditation relax. It will all balance out. We get what

we need when we need it. Enjoy what you experience and don't lose the

healing with the worry.
