Guest guest
Sat Nam, For the sake of clarity, if you are speaking of any technique or mantra that was not given by Yogi Bhajan please indicate where it came from. The following two mantras were to my knowledge never taught by Yogi Bhajan. Also we attempt to keep this list about Kundalini yoga teachings of Yogi Bhajan. The term Kundalini yoga is both specific to the teachings of Yogi Bhajan and an all inclusive name for many practices -- all of which have the same goal of raising the kundalini and achieving enlilghtenment. All teachings lead to God of course, but there are so many of them, it can get confusing for newcomers especially to figure everything out. Also each path usually has enough techniques to keep one busy for many life times. This is certainly true about the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. > Concerning the first mantra ( Om Narayanaya Gurubhyo Namah ) ,how should I use it?What purposes is it for? I don't know. I don't think it is not one of the hundreds taught by YB. > Concerning the second mantra,( KREENG ) it is not any KY mantra. Both mantras were given to me by a guru. Who? >The first is to be chanted for ! hour in the morning while the second is to be hanted for 1-1.5 hours in the evening. They were give to me mainly to help me overcome all obstacles that prevent me from receiving Guru Diksha. It is interesting that all paths have mantras that serve the same purpose. One of the mantras given by YB to overcome all obstacles is the Triple Mantra. There is a fabulous CD with this mantra by Gurunam on www.yogatech.com. Chant it for 11 or 31 minutes a day and see what happens. Do you know anyone who offers diska distantly for free?Dear Gururattan, does the KY Guru offers anything similiar to Diksha?Could he send it to me distatly (via a photo perhaps) and for free?I REALLY want to take a Diska, especially the Guru Diksha while I can not afford it. Everything is available at all times. It does not depend on Yogi Bhajan or any other teacher if you receive a divine blessing. It depends on you, us! To receive a blessing from YB chant ong na mo guru dev na mo for as many times as needed and do sadhana every day. YB loves everyone to do sadhana. Practice receiving. I am sure you can do it and it is free for the patience and perseverance. Sat Nam and many blessings to all, Gururattan Kaur
