Holding the palms together is considered a powerful version of Sat Kriya. It is recommended you do not attempt this version if you are under any medication or if you feel weak. > Can this kriya cause abdominal > cramping and intestinal upset? Not that I know of. However, make sure you don't eat at least 1-2 hours before Sat Kriya (and in fact before any yoga practice).
