Michelle,

 

What I was told to do is to buy one of those torture devices that they use on

babies to

clear their noses. You know the thing with the squeeze bulb and the little

plastic tip on

 

it? Well, use one cup of warm water (distilled, as chlorine causes problems)

with 1/4

tsp.

of baking soda and 1/4 tsp. of sea salt, celtic is preferred. Draw the solution

into the

bulb and GENTLY squeeze into one nostril with the head tilted back. When you

lean

forward, turn your head to the opposite side from the one you irrigated and let

the

water out while exhaling through the nose. Repeat on the other side and change

sides

until the water is gone. You'll be amazed at what comes out.
