Hi all

Yes these are the traditional Bija mantras for each chakra.

The "little point" mentioned for the seventh chakra simply means that "M" should

be added if repeating mentally or "NG" if audibly. This little point (anusvara)

is present on all 7 bija mantras. So for example if you are audibly repeating

bija mantra for muladhara you say LANG (pronounced LUNG).
