confusion about morning sadhana(Breathwalk)

Dear Gururattan,

Gurucharan Singh Khalsa, Ph.D., and Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D. have a wonderful

book out called Breathwalk(Breathing Your Way to a Revitalized Body,

Mind, and Spirit). Meditation and walking are combined into and easy to

follow exercise. I hope this helps!
