There are sets that have laughing in them, such as "Sweat and Laugh in the Morning" in the Eternal Flow of Power book, but what I've been doing with my classes recently (and has been quite popular) is an exercise that someone posted here recently (which I believe is from a set for children). Have your students lie down in a circle in such a way that each person can put their head on the stomach of the person behind them, so when they laugh, they move the head of the person lying on them, inciting further giggling. This is a nice approach because it fits naturally into the warm-up portion of class, and I find that people move into the kriya with a greater sense of joy and intimacy with the class - it seems particularly helpful with beginners, as the laughing reduces inhibitions about doing weird things in a group of strangers Love & blessings, Sadhant
