Guest guest
Hello, In one of the Kundalini books I came accross the tea receipe for loosing weight. Does someone used something like that? What do you think about it. Could it really work? Thanks, Agali --- J-Songbird wrote: > Dear Gururattan Kaur, > Would please post the recipe for yoga tea once more? > If you don't want > to post it again, e-mail it to me directly at > <j-songbird. > Thank You very much! > Sat Nam & Namaste > Joe Grant > > Peace and Blessings > > Get email alerts & NEW webcam video instant messaging with Messenger http://im. Guest guest
If you understand the basics of Ayurveda, then you can make sense of why such a thing can help satisfy certain cravings thereby enhancing your chances of "blowing it". A person can be craving sweets but what is really happening is that the 5 other tastes haven't been stimulated but due to conditioning a person will keep ordering more helpings of "sweet" food. Ayurveda says that potatoes, meat, cheese are considered sweet. Look to the all the other taste types and satisfy them and then cravings disappear. Maybe a tea can help....along with some self control and tactful eating. Deepak Chopra breaks it down real well in Magical Mind, Magical Body but there ar plenty of other sources.
