Guest guest
Hi everyone, A couple of months ago I had surgery on my hand and have been off from work. In a few days I will be returning to work and I wanted to know if anyone knew of any yoga poses that would help get my back into shape? Sat Nam Joe Grant Peace and Blessings
Guest guest
Sat nam, One of my favorite sets is the Spinal Flex set. You can find it in the Sadhana Guidelines. You might want yo think about having some massage work on your hand. Blessings to you. Guest guest
Hello Samantha, Sat Nam Could you please tell me where the Sadhana Guidelines would be. I knew to this group and to KY. I go to physical therapy once a week and they do massage work on my hand. Thank you. Namaste Joe Grant Peace and Blessings

You can read all about Spinal Flexes on our Web Site - kundalini yogaspinal.html It is part of the full spinal set which you will find there. If you need a good book, then Gururattan's "Relax and Renew" contains this and many other KY sets. You can obtain it from Please support the sponsors of this mailing list. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Sat Nam Joe, You can order the Sadhana Guidelines from www.yogatech.com or Ancient Healing Ways. The massage that you are getting from PT may not be sufficient. A massage therapist who can do some Ortho-Bionomy or myofascial work would be of great benifit. It is not just the hand but the wrist and arm that could use the work as well as the other arm due to compensation. Guest guest
I think Joe meant to say get "my *hand* back in shape". I know there are sets for carpal tunnel syndrome and they may be helpful. Maybe someone can tell us where we can find them.
