I will be spending the next couple of months concentrating on developing more materials for KYTraining. I will not be answering as many emails on this list or personally. I am not dissappearing. But don't take it personally if you do not get answers from me on this list. I invite all you closet yogis to offer your answers to questions. I also invite all newcomers to visit www.kundaliniyoga.org and all the past kytraining lessons. These are filled with much information about KY. Above all I invite you to practice KY every day even if for 20 minutes. Years ago Yogi Bhajan did his own study. He asked everyone who came to see him if they did Sadhana -- daily spiritual practice. He found out that 90% of those who came to see him with questions and problems did not do Sadhana. We are so blessed that we have the technology to find the answers within. Many blessings to all.
