Guest guest
Hi Maria, I see what you mean. Especially lately in life. I have been finding myself "hiding out" more. I feel that I am protecting myself finally from all of the craziness that I have been dealing with indescriminately for so long now. I was letting things happen to me too much. Now, I put a stop to this by staying at home a lot. Just going to work & then being at home. It's like going into shelter a way from a storm that has been continuously pouring away. I think this is probably essential to regain a grip on life and what you want. It's a chance that a lot of people may miss in the continous hussle and bussle of life. Selecting safe people is key. Safe meaning non-attacking & self-maintained. It is good to have a protective bubble and as one important person told me that each of us is like a drop of oil in water. Mixing around but still staying whole. I hope this made some sense. Also, I'm planning on starting Kundalini Yoga soon. For now, I've been reading a lot of the lessons & group emails. I may start out with a video first since I'm staying at home so much. Therapy is always a good thing too. I'll be doing that also soon. Guest guest
Sat nam to all. I'm going to write some stuff and see if anyone can relate, and maybe help me out. Since childhood I've always confined myself away from family and society because I've always been extremely sensitive. In the scheme of things there was negative energy in my family that was passed on to me, not to mention society's. (this could be a really long one but i'm shortening it to generalize). I have alot of unconscious baggage, FEARS is number one and dominant, you could call it a big pile of bad karma. As u may know, this affects our understanding of ourselves, our life, the world, pretty much the whole nine yards. My biggest fears manifest themselves when I'm out in society, interacting with the world...it is very hard for me to find peace out there, I cant explain myself why...theres just these psychological complexities that limit me through my unconscious. I guess I still havent let go of my Ego that I had to protect myself with all these years...but it has an extremely emotionally destructive side and I cant take it anymore, it's very frustrating because now that I'm meditating and beginning to enter Consciousness my fears still take the first step when i'm trying to make friends or relationships with the world. I'm used to being very solitary, thats not the problem, the problem is the pain in my mind. If there is anyone out there who can relate please let me know how u deal with this. The only way to get rid of all this negative karma for me right now is just keep meditating...that has brought me patience and peace within myself. I guess my continuous fears of hiding myself from people has led me to feel insecure in the world. Thats why i was asking about which chakra i need to nourish for self-confidence/self-expression. Do you think that this could be all a big pile of fears from previous lives? thank u so much for your input and support. sat nam love light peace, maria ===== SAT NAM Make international calls for as low as $.04/minute with Messenger http://phonecard./

Guest guest
I can relate to where you are. Every day I must clear my subconscious and re-establish my aura just to head out to work. I take that time and I will not go out until I have found the positivity or the potent neutrality, I'll take either. Doing 5 five minutes of Archer Pose on each side with Breath of Fire (starting with the right), then 5 minutes of frog pose. I do an 11 minute layout and 15 minutes of long WA HE GU RU. Doing the Archer first sets the courageous, expansive and wide open mentality. There is no way to be fearful or small after Archer. "Shyness is root of all existential angst" The the frogs bring all that stuff...that "big pile of fears from previous lives", old sadnesses and karmas but what is different now is that you have already set the courage. You can now experience all that stuff without being debilitated. You can begin to move through it. Then the meditation projects the victorious back to the GOD. Gurucharan gave me this little set many years ago. It gave me so much. I practiced it everyday for 7 months (I missed 2 days). I experienced my Soul in a situation where I may have otherwise just been completely broken, gone off the "deep end" or who knows. There is nothing like Kundalini Yoga. I know you didn't ask for advice but that is my story and how I began to teach the Devil to dance. Dharam mgb wrote: > Sat nam to all. Guest guest
Sat Nam The meditation Har Har Har Har Gobinday, Har Har Har Har Mukunday, etc. works really well to slowly remove fear from the unconscious. You can also do the mantra without the Har. You might also want to look at your numerology. If you have a 7 (aura) or 10 (radiant body) in certain locations you can have a lot of difficulty with sensitivity in respect to the environment, in which case you can do yoga sets that work on these functions. Guest guest
Dear Maria and All, > The meditation Har Har Har Har Gobinday, Har Har Har Har Mukunday, etc. works really well to slowly remove fear from the unconscious. I love this mantra. It is very powerful. You can get a good CD of it on www.yogatech.com. It is also given as a prosperity mantra. Strenghening your aura with the set Dharam Singh gave and other KY will make you feel more protected in the world. I personally find that I have to find my inner space and hold on to it to feel safe in the world. Otherwise, as a Cancer, I just get absorbed like water and get taken over. Establishing energetic boundaries that you are very aware of are important. This involves the lower three chakras and the aura. The lower three chakras give you a sense of individuality. The upper ones merge you with the world and the infinite. SAt Nam, Gururattan Kaur

Yoga for you my dear. Start with the set on page 48 and 49. Or the set on Kundalini on page 60. > that i'm interested in called Archer...where can I find > instructions on how to do this, please let me know. Archer would be great for you. Archer is on page 52 no #3 but you need a better explanation. Get an Ienegar teacher to teach you this. Sat nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Dear Gururattan Kaur, Good Morning! I, again last nite, had the wonderful sensation of Kundalini moving up my body. The other nite when this happened, it started with an intense buzzing in the feet, and what appeared to be mandalas everchanging before my eyes. Last night, the feeling seemed to be much more concentrated in the chest and upwards, although strangely, my feet did start buzzing at one time. As this energy worked its way through my throat, which would feel rather constricted or something hard to describe, it would reach my face. My lips would feel as though they were numb and there was pressure in the ears. I kept feeling as though I should "do" something. Like quit breathing through my nose, or open my mouth or vibrate a note (I mentioned before that I have awakened myself vibrate a note) or just something I was supposed to be doing. The kalidescope of shapes continue the whole time. And then there is an intense constricting or some type of anji pressure. And then ego steps in and I "think". And then I can't quit thinking, and slowly the feelings drain away. They can be recaptured and started again, but it is very intense and I have just let the feeling flow away. As I have had a couple of charka "blowouts" that were unpleasant, is it possible I am unconsciously "stopping the process? This is an intensely wonderful feeling, as though there is something alive and sentient moving through your body, and I don't wish to stop the flow. Is there a proper mantra I could do to focus so I would not thing? I don't know if this is related, but also I am awaking very much with one of my legs bent and tucked up under my buttocks; also a deire to keep arms straight out with fingers separated. A lot of heat in hands. I am so sorry this is so long, but there seems to be so many things happening at once, I just can't seem to find it all in my books. Any instruction or explanation would be greatly appreciated. Sat Nam Lightworker

Guest guest
Dear Lightworker, Just be with the experience and the sensations. Being is an art we must all perfect. It is the thinking and doing that stop the exerience, as you have explained. Even doing a mantra is doing. So cultivate being to prolong and integrate the experience. If it gets too intense then stop being so present and it will subside and probably dissappear too. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
