In this way, I experience orgasms very similar to that of a woman, which leave me feeling sexually charged and physically energized, no matter how many times a day. I still occasionally ejaculate, maybe a few times a month (I am 48 yrs.old). Sometimes they leave me feeling drained and other times very blissful, it just depends on how well the energy gets circulated. Also I might mention, one drawback to all this is that the desire is always there and very strong, and can be overpowering if the yoga and meditation practice is not strong and consistant. As to the book Guru Rattana Kaur was refering to, I think it was " The Tao of Love and Sex" by Jolan Chang. I purchased a few weeks ago from Amazon and it really shows the integration of Kundalini Yoga and the Taoist techniques. John
