New and Great Experience

Sat Nam,

I just wanted to share with all of you a wonderful Kundalini experience I

had last night. I am one of those whose Kundalini awakened spontaneously,

and so most of my experiences have not been of the wonderful kind. I have

had severe physical problems as Shakti has worked her way up my chakras,

causing blowouts that have caused spasms and convulsions to internal organs

going whacko. If it were not for an expanding spiritual enlightenment that

has awakened new senses within me, I would have just felt like KY was a bad

thing. But, last nite was different. I awoke about 3:00am and was seeing an

ever changing and merging swirl of mandalas (?) (patterns-intricate) behind

my closed eyes. These remain for quite some time, and I have seen them in

the past. Usually, I get up at this point, as I feel disoriented and it is a

little frightening, but last nite I tried to fall into or meditate upon these

changing pictures. Then I started feeling the most "Wonderful" feelings in

my body. I could actually feel Kundalini and where she was at the moment.

At one point, both of my feet felt as if they were vibrating (not the right

work) with the most wonderful type of tingle, buzzing feeling. Then I felt

her on my left side for a while, doing something (I had the impression she

was doing something), then some pressure points on my chest that were not

unpleasant, and then quite a bit of pressure and tingling in the throat. I

could feel her rising into the brow chakra, but I could NOT quit "thinking"

and so lost my meditation. At times I felt my body was huge and other times,

it felt empty; not small, but like a shell.

Have others of you experienced this Kundalini movement? This was so

close, or really it actually was "blissful", or what I often hear you call

blissful. It was like I could actually "feel" and trace this stupendously

wonderful sacred type of energy as it traveled and stopped and traveled on

again through my body. As though it were a living holy energy and I was

connected to it and with it and was it, or something like that.

I know this is long, and I don't know how to edit it, so if you can't put

it all in, I understand. I really just wanted to share that I am so happy

that I finally know what the "bliss" is that you all talk about.
