Hi Samantha,

 

Thanks for such a quick response!! I am familiar with kichari but when you

say that it is a predigested food, what do you mean?? I am very

interested...

Very thoroughly cooked and the ingredients blend together is what predigested

means

Predigested means that the food elements are broken down so that they can be

digested easier and with less stress to the body.
