Requests to repeat postings

I just completed getting through a backlog of over 200 e-mails from this

group (life gets busy...) and noticed several messages asking for

information to be repeated or reposted. All these messages exist on the

web page. As a matter of fact, you can opt to only view them

on-line, rather than get them in e-mails. Additionally, there is a search

capability to look for specific information that has already been posted.

Of course, other references have been frequently posted to the list, such as

the KY web page to get lessons www.kundaliniyoga.org, www.yogatech.com, etc.

Just thought I'd share this, particularly for newcomers to the list.
