Sat Nam

OK- I chanted this mantra

with

ad such jugad such

etc... from the Triple Mantra CD.

My mind became very sharp but I noticed that I was having a lot of technical

issues with things and I was feeling a little clumsy - the latter part I

think being the opposite of what is supposed to happen. What was I doing

wrong or what was going on? Any ideas? I did feel very sharp but I actually

stopped doing the mantra because of its other effects.

I have found that sometimes during a meditation, the type of things the

meditation is meant to releive us of during the rest of the day manifest

during the practice. I think this is part of how it works. Just like how

exercises that strengthen the nervous system make us shake while we do them.

Try experimenting and going through the issues during the meditation and see

how you feel during the rest of the day.

wait for bruises and cuts to heal... =P

i feel so aware of my spine since this has happened...

not so much pain as it feels "different" rubbing where it

didnt before... and energy blocks as well...

Sat nam LadyOStars,

May you have a speedy recovery.

If you have had a back or neck injury, and you are comfortable with the

idea, a really good chiropractor can be of help. Speaking from experience,

the results from whiplash if not properly treated can show up in the body 15

to 20 years later. Also a good massage therapist would be of great help.

Blessing to you.

You are most welcomed. Have you taken any arnica. You can take it

internally and apply it externally as well. Arnica is the overall

homeopathic remedy given for trauma.

Some energy work would also be helpful.

Many you be blessed with a speedy recovery.
