For the record I changed the heading. I guess you could use this before

zipping up for scuba diving too.

Its a wonderful practice. I have found that it also serves as a reminder to

"buckle up." and many times, that little space of time is enough to allow me to

remember something I otherwise would have forgotten to do or take with me.

I do the chant continuously (like japam) while driving. It focuses me and

relieves stress. I feel protected and safe even in heavy traffic and on

difficult roads.
