Guest guest
Its a wonderful practice. I have found that it also serves as a reminder to "buckle up." and many times, that little space of time is enough to allow me to remember something I otherwise would have forgotten to do or take with me. Guest guest
I do the chant continuously (like japam) while driving. It focuses me and relieves stress. I feel protected and safe even in heavy traffic and on difficult roads. Steve Porter
