We were advised that using the (birthcontrol)pill would block the flow of energy and that's it impossible to raise the Kundalini using contraceptives. Could anyone comment on this? The teacher who recommended this (not a KY teacher BTW), had been practicing tantra for over 5 years with her husband without any problem, but I really want to be sure (not ready to be a daddy yet . I know there's also a KY meditation that helps to regulate period/energy while taking the pill. Would this help?
