I have been practicing yoga for many years and began teaching hatha yoga in recent years. About 4 weeks ago I took my first Kundalini Yoga class in LA and had a powerful spiritual experience. I have continued practicing this clean and direct yoga on my own and am experiencing many benefits on all levels. Thanks for making the knowledge and training available on the web. I will pass it on.
