I started Kundalini Yoga in June and was able to go only for one lesson - I fell ill after that with a severe cold and cough and eventually - well after about a month, only antibiotics cured me! Now I am going to re-start my KY lessons - beginning 4th september - 10 lessons. Any help/comments/tips/advice much welcome.
