Sat Nam to All,

Can any body give me detail that what should be the daily routine of a person ?

doing KY. I think The answer should contain Do & Don'ts of KY. When to rise in

the morning & when to sleep? when to take food & / or water after (before as

well) KY.

Generally speaking it is best to find a very experienced and committed

instructor, KRI certified or not. Are you anywhere near one? You may be able to

find one at www.3ho.org..... just do the search.

If that doesn't pan out go to www.kundaliniyoga.org and learn the form and

structure.

It would help to at least establish a phone rapport or maybe even get a video so

that you can know how mantras are supposed to sound. There are many points that

you can learn from others and they are important but it is your own experience

of the

subtleties of this sacred science that will give it meaning. The technology is

only the door, through which you step. Once you're inside the room........
