Guest guest
> ______________________ Hi Dinesh It is important to get into a daily routine so habits can be established rather than you doing Kundalini when you feel like it. However apart from being disciplined enough to ensure that you practice reguarly do not be afraid to use common sense. If you eat a large meal and then do a rigourous Kundalini exercise you will feel distinctly uncomfortable. Same goes for drinking fluid, you may need a few sips of water but if you drink several glasses quickly and then immediately after do breath of fire you are likely to get cramp. The daily routine will vary according to what commitments a person has in their life. An early morning practise is recommended to start the day off on a good note. I think The answer should contain Do & Don'ts of KY. When to rise in the morning & when to sleep? when to take food & / or water after (before as well) KY. > > Dinesh > > > > > > > >
