Hi,

 

My name is Dana and I am a doctoral student in California. I practiced

Kundalini Yoga a few years ago, but after a move, unfortunately, I

stopped. Certainly I have felt the effects. I have begun practicing

daily, following Nirvair Khalsa's Beginners video series. However, I am

looking to put together a sadhana, one that especially targeting healing

energies and patience. Oh, and any advice about getting up at 5AM would

be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

welcome. taking a warm glas of water with a few lemon drops feels like

heaven after getting up in the early hours. at first i found it very hard to

do, the eaking up thing, but after a while it pays off, now, i cant go

through the day without feeling tired if i dont wake up early, anyways... a

realy cold shower works too!

Kartar,

 

Thank you for your advice. Fortunately, Gururattan responded immediately and

explained that the workshop would not be as challenging.

 

I'm really looking forward to the love workshop. I have many issues with

past abusive relationships and feel that in my mid-40s, I am just beginning

to learn to love myself.

 

I will start by forgiving myself for not being stronger at my first White

Tantric and for preparing myself better for the next one.
